These terms and conditions apply to every member who uses the hibije platform (hibije.cam) and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on hibije, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you object to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions

hibije is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services. These terms and conditions have been prepared for users in Bangladesh and are available in Bengali.

hibije reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time at its own discretion. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

To become a member of the hibije platform, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify hibije support immediately.

3. Age Restriction and Eligibility

hibije is for those aged 21 or older only. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is detected, it will be closed immediately and all associated winnings may be forfeited.

In addition, persons who are not citizens or residents of Bangladesh may not be able to use certain services. Access to the platform may be restricted from some countries or regions.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on hibije is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

• All deposit transactions must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited
• The maximum deposit limit may depend on your identity verification level

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification is required or unusual activity is suspected, additional time may be needed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hibije offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which apply in addition to these general terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The hibije welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times) — meaning you must wager the bonus amount ten times before making a withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus can be received per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement is fulfilled are eligible for withdrawal
• hibije reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without additional notice
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on the hibije platform operate using fully certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and transparency.

6.1 Casino Games

To participate in slots, table games, live casino, and other games, you must follow the rules of the relevant game. Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Bets must be placed within the designated time before an event starts
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited
• If a bet cannot be completed due to a network or technical issue, hibije will provide the best possible resolution

6.3 Results and Disputes

The results of all games will be considered final unless evidence of a technical error is found. In the event of any dispute, hibije's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the hibije platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account with false, incorrect, or another person's identity
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors (abusing glitches)
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members
• Colluding with other members to place bets or determine outcomes
• Using hibije's intellectual property, logo, or brand name without permission

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by hibije

hibije reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following cases:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms and conditions
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• In cases of security risk or legal obligation

8.2 Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing your account, withdraw any eligible funds remaining in your balance.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

hibije places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
